FAQ

Buyer questions before sending an inquiry.

Use these answers to prepare a clear sourcing request for botanical extracts, peptides, nutrition ingredients, food additives, and OEM/ODM supplement projects.

Supplement packaging and ingredient project references

What information should I send for a sourcing request?

Send product name, target market, specification or reference standard, quantity, dosage form, packing preference, sample needs, and required documents.

Can F&M support OEM and ODM supplement projects?

F&M can coordinate early project screening for ingredient direction, dosage form, packaging reference, documents, samples, and quotation review.

Are catalog items final offers?

No. Catalogs are screening references. Availability, specification, price, lead time, documents, and market suitability require review before formal release.

Can I request COA, specification, or packing information?

Yes. Share the product and target market first so the document request can be routed and checked before external use.

Does the website submit inquiries automatically?

No. The inquiry form opens an email draft. It does not write customer records, trigger external systems, or send messages automatically.

Can F&M confirm label wording?

Label, compliance, and market-facing wording should be reviewed before release. Draft wording is not final until authorized personnel approve it.
