The request is routed through the site inquiry endpoint. Formal quotes, claims, specifications, delivery terms, and documents are reviewed before external release.

• Include product name, specification, target market, quantity, dosage form, and document needs.
• No regulated health, certification, price, or delivery claims are issued automatically.
• CRM forwarding requires the Cloudflare `CRM_WEBHOOK_URL` environment variable.
